These pins are made using repurposed polystyrene, which is covered with a layer of shiny resin to give them a glossy finish and make them water-resistant. While these pins are sturdy and designed to last, we do recommend protecting them from water, direct UV ligh, perfume and scratching, to preserve the shine of the resin.
